We Provides a Safe and Entertaining Venue for Everyone
The following provides an outline of our basic conditions of entry. The purpose of these guidelines is to ensure all our children and adults feel comfortable and safe while enjoying our premises.
Important: Please do not visit any Chipmunks Playland & Cafe if you or your child has experienced vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 – 72 hours.
Play Room Rules
- Socks are compulsory for both children and adults. (Available at reception for ₹50 if needed)
- Age limit: The play area is designed for children aged 1.5 to 10 years.
- Adult supervision: One parent/guardian may accompany each child inside. Additional adults will be charged ₹100.
- No food, drinks, or outside toys are permitted inside the play area.
- Health & hygiene: Children who are unwell will not be allowed to enter.
- Safety first: Safety is our top priority. If a child ignores caretaker instructions, Snuggle & Play will not be responsible for any incidents within the play area.
- Play respectfully – no rough play or inappropriate behavior.
- Private events: The play area will be closed to the public during any private event.
- GST applicable: GST will be charged on all services except membership plans and walk-in packages.
