Conditions of Entry

- ●Socks: Mandatory for both kids & adults (Available at reception for ₹50)
- ●Only one Guardian is allowed with a child inside the play area
- ●No walk-ins are allowed during private events

Are Socks Mandatory?
+Yes! For hygiene and safety, anti–slip socks are mandatory for both children and accompanying adults inside the play area. You can bring your own or buy them at the entrance.
How Do You Ensure Safety Inside the Play Area?
+Safety is our top priority. We maintain strict hygiene protocols, limit capacity, and use only soft, child–safe materials in all zones. First–aid kits and emergency protocols are always in place.
What Is the Age Criteria for Entry?
+Our indoor play zones are designed for children aged 0.6 to 12 years. We have dedicated areas for babies, toddlers, and older kids to ensure age–appropriate fun.
Do You Have Trained Staff?
+Yes. All our team members are trained in child safety and first aid, and are experienced in managing children during play. They are always available to guide and supervise each zone.
Do You Host Birthday Parties?
+Absolutely! We offer exciting birthday party packages with themed decor, games, playtime, and catering options. You just bring the cake, and we handle the rest. Advanced booking is required.
Do You Allow School Trips or Group Visits?
+Yes! We love hosting school field trips and group outings. Special group rates, structured play sessions, and staff assistance are provided to ensure a smooth and fun–filled experience.
